Step #1: Choose your package. We have single meals, 7 meals or 14 meals as options to help you stick to a healthy meal regimen for a period of time.
Step #2: Choose your meals. If tracking your food is an important part of your goal and you need your macros calculated, please fill out the Macro Calculation Form and I will help you with that. ($30 fee)
ALL MEALS ARE A SINGLE-SERVING.
Step #3: Place your order via the online order form. The menu is updated the last saturday of every month. We require at least 5 days to have your meals prepared (e.g. if you order on Wednesday, the EARLIEST you can receive your meals is Friday).
**Upon ordering you will choose delivery/pickup. I offer delivery/pickup in the Cedar Rapids/Marion & North Liberty areas. Delivery/pickup is available Monday-Friday between 7-8pm.
